Terms and Conditions for Above & Beyond Cleaning Professionals
Welcome to Above & Beyond Cleaning Professionals! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our residential cleaning services, including house cleaning, deep cleaning, spring and routine cleans, exterior window cleaning, and specialized property care for primary residences and short-term rentals within the Panama City, FL area. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
By scheduling and confirming a cleaning service with Above & Beyond Cleaning Professionals, you are entering into a service agreement wherein you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We commit to providing professional and high-quality cleaning services as described on our official website and in our service descriptions.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- All service bookings are subject to availability.
- Clients are requested to provide accurate and complete information regarding their property and specific cleaning needs at the time of booking.
- We will confirm your booking via your preferred contact method. Until confirmed, a booking is not guaranteed.
3. Access to Property
You must provide our cleaning team with safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in Section 5.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- For short-term rental cleaning services, specific billing arrangements may apply and will be detailed in your service agreement.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients must notify Above & Beyond Cleaning Professionals of any cancellation or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows (failure to provide access at the scheduled time without prior notification) will be charged 100% of the service cost.
6. Our Guarantee & Complaints
- We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We will address valid complaints and, where appropriate, arrange for a re-clean of the disputed area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to issues beyond our control or to services not explicitly included in the booked service.
7. Damage and Liability
- Above & Beyond Cleaning Professionals is insured and bonded.
- While we take utmost care, accidents can happen. Clients must report any damage caused by our team within 24 hours of service completion.
- We are not responsible for damage due to faulty construction, improper installation, or pre-existing conditions of the property or items within it.
- We recommend securing valuables, irreplaceable items, and fragile items prior to our arrival.
8. Personal Property
Please ensure all personal items, important documents, and valuable belongings are put away or secured before our cleaning team arrives. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if they were not secured or noted prior to the service.
9. Health and Safety
- For the safety of our team, we ask that you inform us of any hazardous conditions, aggressive pets, or specific health risks present at the property.
- Our team will not handle hazardous waste, bodily fluids, or other biohazards.
10. Short-Term Rental Specific Terms
For short-term rental properties, we understand the critical nature of timely and thorough turnovers. We require clear communication regarding guest check-out and check-in times to ensure proper scheduling. Specific requirements for laundry, inventory checks, and amenity restocking should be communicated in advance and may be subject to additional fees.
11. Amendments
Above & Beyond Cleaning Professionals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website, officially abovebeyondcleaningpros.com, and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
